The Juneau Teen Health Center provides FREE sports physicals to athletes every year. Students at TMMS can get them here at the school in August and January.
The form attached needs to be filled out prior to the physical exam. Students may also come to the office to get the form. If you wish to take your student to his/her primary doctor or Urgent Care, we have those forms in the office as well. Sports physicals are good for 18 months.

Wresting:
Practice is from 3:30PM-5:30PM M-Th in the aux gym.
Volleyball Open Gym/Preseason:
Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00PM in the main gym. Keep checking back here for any changes in time/day/location. Season starts February 23rd.
Air Rifle Club:
Regular practices are Tuesdays/Thursdays all of January and February.
